The global workplace wellness summit provides a collaborative learning atmosphere where we learn from and with each other. If you are a consultant, speaker, trainer, researcher, or group facilitator with years of experience working with corporations, or have helped organizations implement workplace wellness systems, we want to hear your journey and lessons learned. Have you participated in a workplace wellness initiative that improved wellness at work and beyond? 

While we value learning from the experts,  we often find our greatest learning comes from someone else’s story about their journey. We will be offering two full days of ideas, stories, lessons learned, new research, what not to do and  ways to improve what we are already doing that we can take back to our workplaces to enhance the ability of our people to work and live well.

Has your workplace gone through the steps of creating and implementing a workplace wellness system? Are you willing to share your story with others? Are you working on cutting edge research? Do you have a process to help organizations improve workplace wellness that is unconventional?

We are looking for definite integration and implementation into the workplace. Note that we will suggest more practical titles and a more focused approach to your offering to ensure it stays within our theme. Our aim is to offer high impact and value in a shorter time frame.

If you are an organization that has instituted a workplace wellness system and would like to share lessons learned with other organizations, we would love to hear from you. The theme of this year’s summit will be: Staying Well at Work and Beyond!

SESSION LENGTH: Sessions are 60 - 90 minutes in length. We are looking for sessions that are unique in its delivery - Hands-on, interactive, not all PowerPoint, etc.

MATERIALS: Selected speakers agree to use the GWWS-branded PowerPoint title slide (if using PowerPoint). Your presentation must not contain sales pitches or sales-oriented material. Selected speakers who incorporate a sales theme or message and/or receive low audience evaluations will not be invited to present at future seminars or conferences.

Selected speakers who wish to have their PowerPoint slides printed or handouts at their session are responsible for bringing sufficient copies for their session participants. GWWS does not print speaker notes or slides nor cover the cost of such printing. Only those speakers whose proposals are being considered, will be contacted by a representative of GWWS. If you are in consideration to speak, GWWS will request a video that displays your facilitation skills.

BE CREATIVE!  The program committee is responsible for reviewing and checking references during the process. Selected speakers will be required to sign a contract outlining the date, time, and place of the presentation; the agreement terms; the deadlines for session descriptions, audiovisual requirements, and presentation material submission.

SPEAKER COMPENSATION: Speakers and presenters at GWWS, will receive recognition, marketing, promotion for several months on social media, professionally designed graphics and pictures to use in their portfolio, a written reference, and a professionally done podcast and image for their website. We work hard to ensure you are adequately compensated for your time.
