Speaker Requirements

To ensure we provide the highest quality content for our attendees, we are seeking speakers who meet the following criteria:

We are looking for speakers who can align their presentations with our wellness competency framework, which includes:

  • Engagement & Mental Health Support

Your topic should focus on practical applications of one or more of these competencies and offer actionable strategies for corporate wellness programs.

2. Strong Corporate Training Experience
We seek speakers with experience in corporate training or those who have successfully delivered wellness solutions in corporate environments. You should understand the challenges and dynamics of workplace wellness and how to engage business leaders, employees, and HR professionals.

3. Proven Expertise in Workplace Wellness
You should have a solid background in wellness, human resources, leadership, or employee engagement. Speakers must be able to deliver high-value content that is both insightful and relevant to an audience of business leaders, HR professionals, and wellness practitioners.

4. Speaker Application Processing Fee
We value the quality of our speakers and the time and resources involved in organizing this premier event. Therefore, we require a $150 non-refundable speaker application processing fee, which must be paid in full before submitting your application. This small fee helps us ensure we attract the best speakers and allows us to provide our speakers with the best publicity and exposure during the summit.

Important Deadlines and Application Process

  1. Complete the Speaker Application Form: Please fill out the form below with your personal details, professional background, and an outline of your presentation topic. Be specific about how your topic aligns with one or more of the wellness competencies and how it will add value to our audience.
  2. Pay the $150 Application Processing Fee: Your application cannot be submitted without payment of the $150 non-refundable fee. This fee is required for all speaker applications and helps us maintain the high quality of speakers for our summit.
  3. Submit Your Application by October 9th, 2024: Only applications with the required fee will be reviewed.
  4. Application Review: Our team will review all applications and select speakers based on their alignment with the summit’s goals, the quality of their experience, and their ability to deliver practical, engaging content. Only speakers who meet the criteria will be considered.
  5. Notification of Selection: Applicants will be notified if they have been selected to present at the summit. Due to the high volume of applications, we cannot provide individual feedback for non-selected applicants.
